 Perspective

In a world torn by wars and other suffering often beyond our imagination and a nation and a Church torn by differences seemingly beyond repair, it is difficult to maintain our hope, nourish our faith, and deepen our love.  Advent-Epiphany invites us to expect and to prepare for God to "make something new" in our personal lives, in our church and community relationships and in our actions as citizens of our nation and the whole world.

Questions which may lead us to Reflect - Pray - Study - Act - Reflect - Pray etc.!

Where do we see God's new things in our lives and our world today?

Which peoples and powers receive and affirm God's activity?

What peoples and powers ignore or oppose God's activity?

How do individual & group decisions make a difference?
