Faithfulness: In the “Weak” Virtues Read: Colossians 3: 12-17. Focus: As God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. - Colossians 3: 12 Consider: Words of faith are words that seem weak to some. Compassion … which is holiness. Kindness ... which is integrity. Humility ... which is lowliness. Meekness ... which is gentleness. Patience ... which is longsuffering. Yet it takes great strength to be the kind one when others want revenge. Pray: Living God of common good, enable us to let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts, to which indeed we are called in the one body.
